Full Moon Sound Bath with Ocean

Join us for Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Ocean on Earth Snake Full Moon. As the Moon is becoming more full, the night becomes brighter, and our magic in creating our dreams and desires amplifies. What would we like to cultivate and bring to the fullest expression? What would we like to leave behind? So we can embody more Love, Peace, and Harmony. During this gathering, Ocean will talk about the energy of the Earth Snake in Chinese Astrology, lead a Earth element Qi Gong, and Sound Bath with the option addition of Acupuncture to harmonize the element of Earth.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blankets and cushions that may support your practice. An eye pillow (if you'd like to be in darkness) A journal to note down your reflections. We also have props available if you don’t have them :) Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 30mins to an hour prior to our gathering.

About Ocean: Ocean is an aspiring Taoist Priest/Priestess from Thailand. He received his Chinese Medicine degree from Bastyr University, 200hr yoga teacher training from Ananda Institute of Living Yoga, and Singing Bowl Therapy Techniques from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School. In his practice, Ocean is passionate about providing therapeutic experience for his clients through an integrative session of Acupuncture, Sound healing, Thai massage, Thai oil massage, and Energy medicine.
