About the event

Grounding breathwork practice guided by Katie; Katie will walk us through some conscious breathing techniques — a grounding Circular Breath and an Activating Three-part Breath practice that will support us in coming back into our bodies. Breathwork offers a range of benefits including mental clarity and emotional regulation by activating the body's relaxation response and enhancing oxygen flow to the brain. It also serves as a tool for spiritual growth and self-awareness.

Magical sound medicine from Melanie; Melanie will take us on a sound journey using crystal singing bowls and chimes. The soothing vibrations of a sound bath offers an environment for relaxation. When the body is relaxed it can find its way back to a state of homeostasis. Soundbaths stimulate creativity while balancing the physical and energetic systems of the body — offering a holistic experience for overall wellness. Sound healing can help with stress reduction, sleep quality, releasing muscle tension, promoting emotional balance, and increases mindfulness.

Relax + receive reiki energy with Misha; Misha will offer light touch / hands-on and hands-off healing throughout the soundbath portion of the gathering. Reiki is an ancient practice where life force energy is guided through the hands of the formally trained practitioner into the receiver's energy field and body. Reiki by its translation means ‘Sacred Energy’ or ‘Spiritual Energy’ — thus the energy is guided by the innate wisdom of your body and spirit in connection with the universal natural intelligence, the Great Spirit.

These gentle healing modalities will assist your body in relaxing and releasing what is ready to go. All are welcome - no experience necessary!

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to lay on & anything else that will make you comfortable and cozy; blanket/cover for warmth, pillow, eye covering, etc

* We also suggest that you hydrate really well 24 hours before and after the gathering. We will be moving a lot of energy and water will be supportive for this process
